RSB Six Nations, Week 5, Part 1
21/03/05
Stats

All the excitement of the Six Nations is over. For some the end of it was a dull thud, for others sheer joy and bubble and dancing in the air. We give in this part some statistics. In Part 2 we shall discuss incidents.

Cards

Marco Bortolami got one for taking away a jumper's support in the line-out, thus causing him to crash.

But Salvatore Perugini who used a swinging arm to knock Christophe Dominici out and send him to hospital was fortunate to stay on the field and would be fortunate to avoid further censure. Paul O'Connell is also fortunate that he was not seen punching Robert Sidoli six times on the head as he lay on top of the Welshman. He would also be fortunate to avoid further censure.

In the 2005 Six Nations Jon Petrie, Brent Cockbain and Marco Bortolami received yellow cards.

Benoît Baby was cited and suspended for a month.
